We are hosting a Year 5 Transition Day on Wednesday 12 August at The Albion Foundation in partnership with Sandwell Virtual School. Students will enjoy a day of fun, engaging activities focused on preparing for Year 6, alongside a range of sports sessions. The aim is to help build confidence and support students as they prepare for their final year of primary school. The day will also include a West Bromwich Albion Stadium Tour.
